What about food? Does he have preferences? I saw him with the birthday cake.

He's rather partial to sushi and seafood, but in general enjoys homecooked meals. He was quite enchanted by Akira-san's curry, though that may just because of who made it.

He also has a rather large sweet tooth.

In other words, he fits in with the rest of us. Convenient.

What about you? Any preferences from that list that I might not expect?

I'm not particularly picky, considering how I had to eat what was given.

But I must concede that my older self is a talented cook.

Also, sushi is good, but Inaba is rather lacking on that front outside of what you can buy at Junes. Their supply is adequate.

I know what you mean. That said, you have the ability to choose now, and so you should. [Even if it's hard for him to conjure up any true dislikes to this day.] But I won't leave you to eat sushi from Junes. Talk about your fates worse than death.
